Local artist Kathy Dennin-Meagher from Raye of Light Studio will help you create your own watercolor masterpiece! The Heron on the bay design is pre-drawn - perfect for beginners. Using a blue palette and salt, you’ll create your very own 9 by 12 painting. Kathy will introduce the proper usage of art materials before getting started. Join us for a fun class, making a gorgeous heron painting while learning the basics of good watercolor habit.

Take your pick of two beach scenes, each created with authentic sea glass and shells handpicked on the Delmarva coastline by the C Glass Sisters. These designs are just a starting point - personalize it as you’d like! For this class, choose between a turtle scene or gone fishing. All materials will be provided along with step-by-step instructions. Everyone takes home their own framed creation.

C-Glass Sisters, Bonnie Arts and Kathy Siegfried have been beachcombing for sea glass for 12 years. Collecting sea glass gives them a chance to share their love of the beach and to spend quality time together as sisters. Since only authentic sea glass is used in their workshops, no two pictures are alike. They bring the beach into each of frame using not only sea glass, but driftwood, sand, shells, and anything else found on the beach.
